Eh? I thought that only the brothers Bride would have been considered related. Anyone related to Cadance on her side wouldn't be directly related.
I'm glad Rarity didn't regardless. She has better standards then the likes of him! |

So Twilight would of not only been related to royalty, but Rarity
AND she's an honorary member of the Apple Family. Now she just needs to get adopted by the Cakes and the circle will be complete. |

A social link graph of Equestria's population would probably reveal a very dense net of connections between ponies. |

It's just a matter of time before the whole main cast is related somehow. The last link will be Apple Bloom marrying.... Philomena. |

If Rarity had married Prince Blueblood, the Cubs would have won the World Series by now. |

IN LAWS DO NOT WORK THIS WAY! Seriously though. If Blueblood married Rarity, that'd only make Rarity Cadence and Armor's in law. (Ad Shining Armor is pushing it) You have to have some blood relation to one of the married individuals to be considered an in law.
(In this case, Cousin-in-law = Cadence through bloody relation to Bluebood and Shining Armor through his marriage to Cadence.) Since Twilight has no blood relation to Cadence, Rarity or Blueblood, she'd just be sister-in-law of a cousin. |
