Coulda done without RDs shouting, OR it could have done with some of the other ponies saying things too, just having RD makes it out of place.
When I first watched the episode it blew me away so much that I didn't even notice this song, with BBBFF, with the militarisation of canterlot, with the simply shocking turn where fake Cadance cast green fire around Twilight and dragged her underground (That really got me when it happend) Then the song This Day Aria came on and real Cadance showed such utter despair that she could loose Shining Armour, who she clearly cared for so much. As the wedding came on i was so emotional that i just relaxed all the way though the ending. The song was wonderful and it really fit into the episode, but I'm so happy I've gone back and listened to it out of the episode, because its just fantastic. ^.^ |
