Yeah, didn't think anything good would come of this. Not adopting the metric system as the official system is clearly tantamount to not using it at all, dur hur.

First: The US has never used the Imperial system of measurement.
Look it up. Britain converted to the Imperial system after we gained independence. Second: What great gains in science, math, or any other field has Europe achieved as a result of switching to the metric system? Your greatest arts and discoveries occurred before the switch occurred. |
