As far as I can tell, its a weird reference to the Omega 13,a macguffin in the movie Galaxy Quest (which is funny as fuck btw) that sends you back in time a few minutes. Someone decided it was funny to call its the Omegasweet and, as per most megasweet stuff, put a dick on it.
