^Could drill into the bottom of the hooves, inject some resin, give it time to set and then make the holes. |

The hooves on the Celestia body may be solid. Apart from a small cavity connecting the tail and wing areas, she seems to be. |

Her hooves are definitely solid, though I chopped off her hooves and sculpted longer hooves with holes in them using milliput, then carved them to shape, mostly because Chrysalis is freaking tall. |
