@Anon263: As anyone who has been in the military will tell you; the pony in charge is ultimately responsible. SA was supposed to oversee their training & create a plan to defend the city.
Shining Armor is Captain of the Royal Guard...the Royal Guard is useless...the Captain gets replaced. SA gets re-assigned to some podunk dirt town like Ponyville. |
