I'm pretty sure the term "elements of harmony" has been around before Friendship Is Magic. |

But boy this really makes you think, huh? There may actually be a brony working at this paper! |

Does BCC stand for Berkshire Community College? 'Cause if so then yes this is most certainly a Brony. |

Well, I wish THIS was actually printed IN the L.A. Times. They use the blog for newsworthy items that don't make the cut for being printed in the paper. |

CaptainMe93@1333036 said: Results for "Elements of Harmony" before October 1, 2010. About 26,000 according to Google. Results for "Elements of Harmony" after October 1, 2010. About 30,500 results. Strictly searching for "Elements of Harmony" without a date yields about 1,200,000 results. i dunno wut dat means lol (I guess most of the results don't have a date that Google can identify.) The number of results after October 2010 is a bit larger than anytime before it. Granted, the Web hasn't been around forever, but that's certainly a lot more results in less than 2 years than it is since the inception of the Web as we use it now (at least going back to 2000, which is about 10 years to October 2010.) I'm betting that it's due to Friendship is Magic, and I'll bet that most references to the phrase now stems from knowledge of the show. I think it's a reasonable assumption. |
