Bolan, this is the kind of question that fascinates me. The episodes led us to believe changelings' unaffected form is equine, but what if they naturally adopt the basic shape of creatures they're near without even trying? I'm inclined to call their young "fillies" if they always appear equine, and something else if they don't. |

They're insects, I believe, as their wings are translucent and they produce cocoons. So therefore, their young are larvae. |

@Bolan I think this depends on the life cycle of changelings but I am no entomologist so don't hold me to it.
As I recall nymphs are for those insects that don't go through a pupal stage. They generally look like their adult form. Larvae do become a pupa and undergo metamorphosis to reach their adult form. They generally don't look like their adult form and are wingless. Given the picture this is probably a nymph. |
