Actually, mules being the result of an interbreeding between a horse and a donkey are infertile. Therefore, mules are not able to reproduce or have foals. |

It's like you guys never even heard of surrogacy. This doesn't necessarily mean Matilda is infertile, simply that she cannot carry a baby to term. They could use Cranky's sperm and Matilda's eggs, Pinkie would just be the one to carry it. |
