@Impious: But when we saw her in perforated-bug form she'd been feeding on Shiny for weeks, and had enough power to take on Celestia.
Headcanon: the bug-thing is her true form. She is not decaying at all, and is perfectly happy and content in that state. However, she takes on a form closer to that of an alicorn and better following comventional mammal concepts of health and beauty, calls it her true form, and feeds on everyone who likes it. |

Why does a true form matter when you can take on the appearance of anything you want? Miss Martian looks like a hideous Xenomorph but she mostly stays in the form of a hot green skinned teenage girl. |
