The whole second episode, as the Mane 6 were fighting through the Changeling horde, I was shouting at the screen "Luna, where the hell are you?! You had a speaking role! HELP THEM!"

I hope Luna plays Terran, some thor splash damage would kill the overseers negating further changling production, then the thors themselves should be beefy enough to take care of the ground army |

Answer aside, I think she was where she usually is during the day. Remember when she appeared in the episode that she was outside the bubble? I'm going to have to go that she wasn't anywhere near the Capital at the time.
