It is not a bad-looking eye color. It is different from Rainbow Dash's, and we finally got to see it from the animators themselves.
I am pleased. So is everyone. This sad attempt at making this into something way bigger than it actually is clearly is making me raise an eyebrow in dismay. The Classy One wonders just how exactly will this be of any good for anyone... And the answer is that it won't. So no one will care, for we are happy enough already. Forsooth. |

Classy, I think it's honestly a case of fan desperation in needing something to complain about. Especially if it's something that hurts things they feel should be canon, which sadly includes something as trivial as an eye color.
It's one of the reasons I'm against most fanon stuff, and fan ideas (one of the many reasons I rebel against Nyx for example). |

I do believe that "hating how the show gives shout-out to us" is simply disrespecting the creators in its own way, mainly for the fact they are not entitled to do ANYTHING for us. And if they do, then it was their decision, not ours. Accepting their good-will is not a very nice thing from us, either.
Hating fan content is also slightly disrespectful, since we are the ones who came up with the names to most of the background ponies in the show. You are entitled to do anything you please, but please do not poison the ones that simply do not care with your hate. Because we simply do not care. Indeed. |

@Foric: That theory is already been dicredited. The image is no-where near blue enough to make red look like her eye color in the scene. |
