I remember the fluffy wars.
It was a stroke of luck that brought about the reign of the super smarty friends. Luck and a little drug. Mentats they called them. Soon, entire herds would prowl the streets looking for a single tablet. The smarty ponies would devour them and come up with ideas that only the most fevered imaginations could devise. Their foals were born smarter, their brain chemistry altered by the drugs. When they destroyed their smarty parents, they to became addicted to the mentats, and soon herds of super smarty friends began their war against humanity. It was over in a matter of days. With their soft hooves and weak skin, they couldn't stand up against the weakest of fist, or the smallest of bullet. The great herds of super smarty fluffies became fuel for the fire of paranoia against fluffies, and even the regular idiots suffered for our hubris. Soon, fluffies of all types became rare, cleansed by the purifying heat of hatred. No longer beloved pets, or cute animals, we became the enemy, and we suffered for our sins of rebellion. I am the last of the super smarty fluffies. My brain is full of holes burned by the mentats, and soon I too shall rejoin my herd. What's left of my memory is worthless, and so I fall back upon my instincts. Surely my story is worth some sketties. |
