Everything with Chrys counts as Fridge Horror, anon. It's implied that Equestria isn't even the first country the changelings have devoured. And there's no telling what Chrysalis did to Cadence. Depending on the nature of the material, Chrysalis can be portrayed as anything from moustache-twirly evil to GODDAMN COMPLETE MONSTER evil. She's already well-defined, but she's malleable. Makes her a great villain imo. |
