There's a difference between the two worries. In Lesson Zero they thought the problem wasn't important, but in this episode, it looked like Twilight was just being extremely jealous.

Twilight didn't have any evidence of Cadance's status. When she presented her argument it was immediately refuted by Shining Armor. Not to mention the other 5 didn't see Cadance's rather rude behaviour.

yes, its well established that the writers love puting twilight in situations where she's indubitably wrong for the sake of comedy *grumblegrumble*
