Even if she was atomically correct, it wouldn't look like that. That's a woman's vagina, not a horse vulva (unless it's aroused, but even then, it wouldn't be that flushed). It would be a pencil thin line that's barely noticeable, especially since the ponies are covered from head to hoof in a fur coat (yes, even their genitals), so this picture is inaccurate.
