All mortal ponies can interbreed (including zebras, Luna's guards, and changelings).
Donkeys can breed with mules. Cows can breed with buffalo. Everything else stays as it is. |

Griffons can breed with all mortal ponies, the resulting offspring being hippogriffs.
Dragons, due to their magical nature, can interbreed with any other species, although shrinking or transformation spells may be necessary. The resulting offspring being kirin if the other parent is a pony, otherwise they're simply called half-dragons. Alicorns, being god-like beings, can possibly interbreed with any other species. Although they're not on the list, Flutter Ponies can interbreed with Changelings since, according to my head canon, Changelings are Flutter Ponies that were corrupted by pure darkness. |

If your reasoning behind the possible interbreeding of cows and buffaloes is the fact that they're bovines (buffaloes are bovines, right?) then you should consider minotaurs too. |

The different pony breeds can, obviously. And the presence of at least one un-offended mule suggests they can breed with donkeys. That's about it as far is canon is concerned. |
