Anyone else feel that whiny fanon-based arguments against Cadance having wings AND a horn are stupid because it's just a design aspect and it doesn't affect the episode's quality either way? (Not to mention, none of the characters felt any need to bring it up, so it's obviously not a huge deal to THEM in their world.)
I mean, really, it's almost as dumb as "WAHHHH THE DJ'S EYES NEED TO BE REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED". It isn't important. Calm down. You people are being shallow. Ironically enough, you're also going against the lessons the show teaches... |

Well Cadence kinda showed that Princesses don't have to be pompous duchebags restrained by a cubic asston of written and unwritten laws by whitch they absolutely HAVE to abide.
Nope. She's a young princess who babysits Celestias prized student and unlike Luna has no problems with "dropping" protocol. When it comes to droping protocol it's Cadence>Celestia>Luna with luna having SERIOUS problems with it. |

Faust mostly stopped working on the show since S1 (and the first 2 episodes of S2).
And was completely absent during production of S3. Yes she created the ponies we know but she's not in charge anymore. |

Shouldn't there be a difference between Alicorns and Winged Unicorns?
But then again, did the show ever state that Celestia and Luna were 'Alicorn' or just simply they were princesses ruling over Equestria and having special roles in the day and night cycle? And being alive for a thousand years... It could possible that Equestria could have plenty of winged unicorns who have rather normal life spans, and magic not that more powerful than other unicorns... Also for all of those who want Twilight Sparkle to ascend to Alicornhood by the very last episode or during the MLP:FiM movie, I wonder if both Celestia, Luna and Candence were born with both of their wings and horns present, as Candence did have her wings on during the flash back. Or if say a unicorn is crowned king of Equestria, could he magically gain wings and become a alicorn? I know I'm over thinking a children's show designed to sell toys, and I'm sure the Candence toys will sell well, even without the bronies help. But coming to MLP:FiM as a RPG fan, I can't help but get caught up in all of the possible stats of different ponies, such as how strong and sturdy an earth pony is, and do Pegasus have hallow bones like a bird to help them fly better? |
