I think the "New species of pony" is covered by the Changlings. |
| Sonlir #1305066 2 months ago |
The mutant flutterponies are not seaponies.
Therefore they are not a new species of pony because only seaponies are a new species of pony you see. |

We got a bingo. Deal with it. |

Celestia showed her prankster side. Forcing Shining Armor to cast spells until he got migraines only for the spells to not actually do anything. |

"A New Species of Ponies"
Changeling is a possibility, as well as Luna's Bat Winged Guards. |

I do kind of want an episode where 3 of the mane characters. ( 1 of each though, 1 pegisis, 1 unicorn and 1 earth pony ) The characters comment about how the other pony is lucky they can fly, preform magic, and natural strength and dexterity and then wish upon it resulting the next day they do actually change.
I'd go with Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Twilight Sparkle personally. |

personally i found celestia a little weak, she was finished with one beam. ok, her enemy were supercharged but they could battle a little at least. |
| Dale #1305648 2 months ago |
Changelings are not ponies, the bat-wing guards are not a new species of pony. |
| Anonymous #1305701 2 months ago |
I wouldn't say she was "weak," remember the struggling look on the evil Queen Chrysalis's face, while Celestia was barely even cringing using her power? If the Queen was at her normal strength, Celestia would've beaten her easily.
Also, I thought Celestia was pretty dang "badass" there. She was willing to put herself in danger just to protect her ponies. |

Changelings do loads of body swapping. |
| Anoymous #1307693 2 months ago |
I think more information is needed before confirming whether these changelings are a type of pony or not. Saying they are because they "look like" ponies is just jumping to conclusions. |
| VTWyrm #1307793 2 months ago |
^ Moving goalposts. That item was intended to cover new types of equiforms, not strict biological subspecies of Equus ponimus. |
| Anonymous #1308167 2 months ago |
I think we based that the Bat-winged pegasi werent a new species cause we took something into account that was not clearly mentioned...
... So why are we not allowing taking the changelings into account over something that was not clearly mentioned... Either the Changelings are a new race of ponies, or the Batwinged pegasi are a new race of ponies, JUST CHECK IT OFF ALREADY. |
| Anonymous #1308184 2 months ago |
^ Sorry worded that wrong.
My point was, we said the bat-winged pegasi weren't a new race of ponies by claming something that the episode did not say So now, we're saying that changelings don't count cause the episode didn't say it? Seems like we either need to go on what the series says, or what we interpret it- not one and then the other. |

For the last time, it's The Big City, as Applejack called Manehattan in her flashback. Just look at the picture, it's Manehattan, Canterlot might be Big and a City, but it's not The Big City. |
| Anonymous #1313015 2 months ago |
^ Should have worded it AS "Manehatten" then. |
