@Chance No one has to die. The episode could deal with already dead characters, and maybe a story on how they dealt with it or something. Candidates might be AJ's parents (Faust said they are dead, I think), or maybe one of Celestia's old students.

I noticed a few new parts such as "New main villain." Story of the Blanks is not what I have in mind. And I would love to see Discord and Chrysalis together. But maybe we can have a new main villain for the series finale...Maybe Discord and Chrysalis' master.

We need a Scootaloo episode. A Trixie cameo. Celestia finally getting to kick some ass and play a part that isn't "convenient plot device". She's been with us since the first episode, she deserves more respect than being relegated to the Worf Effect and just being a background character. She has so much potential. :( More Luna. Tartarus sub-plot, we've gotten characterization, slice of life and now it's time for action and how they all cope with problems from a day to day basis. Nothing strengthens friendship like adversity. Spike getting a badass limelight episode where the Mane 6 are knocked out of commission and he has to save the day in full badass dragon mode. More flattering exposition for Rainbow Dash. Season 2 wasn't kind to her. Permanent characterization for Fluttershy. How many times do we have to watch her "learn to be assertive"? A "Rarity goes away" episode where she gets a long-term job in Canterlot, and the others have to cope with her departure. It'd make for a great slice-of-life episode, and we could get some Rarity episodes about her Canterlot adventures. And she'd still visit, obviously. Pinkie finally learns her lesson about respecting other's personal space. It's a lesson she REALLY needs to learn. Night-time episode with Luna taking Celestia's place as "convenient plot device". Could tie in with the whole Tartarus thing and most monsters working under cover of darkness. Return of past antagonists, or references to them at least. What ever happened to Trixie? What aboutn Gilda? Did the Flim Flam Brothers ever make it big? Did Iron Will ever fix his program so that the same mistakes wouldn't be made again? An episode where the background ponies have to do stuff. Just because. Twilight teams up with Doctor Whooves for lulz. More Twilight in general. Maybe more exposition between Celestia and Twilight and why Twilight is so terrified around her, and hopefully a reconciliation. Of all the ponies that should love and trust Celestia, Twilight sure does have the most outrageous fears. Beach episode! Aliens. Excellent idea. More Applejack. I know she's prominent in a lot of episodes, but she's only gotten THREE episodes for herself. Maybe a painful lesson about how the truth isn't always the best thing? Who knows! A return of the Changelings in some aspect, even if it's a cameo with the whole Tartarus thing. That really needs to be a plot point; Ponyville is right the fuck next to the underworld, apparently. Cadence and Shining Armor visit Ponyville. I for one thought they were very nice, even if they could've done with a bit more characterization.

Even though it probably won't happen, I'd like to see an episode dealing with death. After all, there will be kids who've lost a family member or have friends who have. It'd be a good way of helping them deal with it.

@FuzzyFenrir: I grew up with The early generation of MLP. Still got a lot of the episodes on VHS! Those were my favorite childhood memories, but looking back, it was a lot of girly drivel... I fear for the day that happens twice, especially with something that I already admire so much.

@hombad26 Derpygate, is that how they are calling it now? What's with North Americans calling every scandal "X"gate. XP Anyways, this table look way better now. Maybe you could fuse "Trixie/Gilda/Antagonist returns" in a single square add "We meet some of the Mane6's close family" and change "Dead/disease ep" for "serious subject" so it can be filled easier. ;P And maaaybe "Humans in Equestria?!" since we've seen tires and socks in the garbage before, they don't need to 'appear' just be implied. Keep the good work. :)

I want gilda,trixie and blueblood to make comebacks to reedeem themselves. Trixie can comeback as a hero in a disguise that keeps solving pony problems and in the end she fights against ursa major and gets hit and unconscious and the mask rips off,then the ponies find out she's trixie and after all that they accept her as a friend. Gilda needs a flashback episode,like people said before,she probably had a sad childhood and dash was her only friend. Blueblood only needs to apologize rarity and maybe become her boyfriend. Needs more spike screentime,he's one of my favorite characters. Needs more applejack character development,she's kinda bland compared to the other from 6 mane. They need to do a reprise of the cutie mark crusaders song with sweetie belle being the singer,then she obtains her cutie mark. More luna,she's soooo fucking epic. Needs more sophisticated and soft humor season 1 used to have. Fix twilight character,it keeps changing EVERY episode. That's it i guess.

Secondary Pony: Secondary characters, like Cheeilie have played large parts, so that could work. Then again, they're aren't many secondary characters (lots of BG ones though) so we don't have much to work with. Toss it. Derpy episode: No. That will never happen. Toss it. Alicorn origins: I'm doubtful of it. Toss it. Death: Toss it. Wonderbolt: Maybe not an episode about the Wonderbolts themselves, but maybe something where they become a plot point. Maybe. Special somepony: Out of all them, Rarity is the one most likely to pursue romantic relationship, and she's already done that. Toss it. Celestia: I'll doubt we'll get an episode about her. Toss it. Equestia History: They've done it before. Keep it. Shining Armor-Cadence return: Luna came back, so I don't see why not. Keep it. Background Pony: This is unlikely. Toss it. Though, I think this should be changed to a BG pony being addressed by their fanon name. New villain: "Villain" is debatable. Do you mean someone like Trixie or the Diamond Dogs, who are not evil and more of challenge, or Big Bads like Discord or Chrysalis? If the latter, keep it. Bronie Shout-Out: Likely, very likely. Keep it. Sea Pony: I doubt we'll ever get sea ponies. That's what everyone was thinking when we had the "fifth pony species" tile. No. Discord: This is tough, we've only done two seasons and three major villains so far (one of which has been reformed), so we don't know how, or if, they'll handle the return of villains. Maybe. And again; SHUFFLE THE RECYCLED TILES AROUND.

We should at least find out what happened to the sea ponies . I'm guessing they were killed off sometime during the Discord / founding of Equestria years. Scootaloo, per old canon, was related to Cheerilee, like the Cakes' kids, and I'd like to see something on this. Also, something with Luna and Trixie. Finally, something with a long, involved secondary or background story with the Doctor and Derpy - no dialogue needed. There was a Community episode like this with Abed. Bonus points to ponyfiying Inspector Spacetime.

I still don't like how Gilda and Trixie get two separate squares. Might as well give a separate square for Flim/Flam, Cranky Doodle, Iron Will and every other one-shot. Also, yeah shuffle the tiles

I'd reccomend replacing as many of the returns with "Age progression/regression episode", "Beach/Summer vacation-themed episode", "Amnesia episode", "Shrinking episode" and " 'Jekyll&Hyde' episode". Also replacing "Manehattan visit" with the more general "Ponies travel to somewhere other than Canterlot/Wild West setting". Also shuffle tiles.

Need an episode about the parents of one of the pegasus ponies. We have seen every other family at least in passing except RD and Fluttershy. Something about adoption would be cool, can't see it though. Also RD makes real progress in joining the wonderbolts.

If some of these are being removed, might I suggest two other boxes? - Season 1 antagonist returns - Season 2 antagonist returns Rather than having "Trixie/Gilda/Discord returns", we'll sort them by season and have two boxes for them. Unless we should just have one as a generic "Returning antagonist" box...

If you're still reading this version: Perhaps replace 'Celestia showing her full power' with 'Celestia sings'? Celestia getting a song has been in discussion behind the scenes for over a year now. Celestia's VA even said she would be willing to do a song and that she has spoken to the staff about possibly doing one.
