@Marlbrony20: It seems to be a cliche from TV Tropes -- they do that shit all the time. "Future!Twilight" and what-not. I think it's annoying, too.

We have hyphens for a reason.

^ Actually, I remember that the first time I saw it was in the Harry Potter fandom, particularly in fanfiction. I don't remember seeing it anywhere else before that, and I've been on the 'Net since the 90s.
