Somehow I think Twilight learned the Want It Need It spell she used in Lesson Zero from Cadence. Except hers is uncontrollable, low leveled and only seduces. |

I like to think that her "Power of Love" heart spell isn't so much a "Want it, Need it" spell as much as it's an empathy spell. She uses it to make her target feel the love in her heart.
That way it doesn't come off as freaky or controlling. |
