Randomized colors are randomized. The hats are unchanging, since they denote the pony's role, and the vests are to identify which house they belong to.

These hats indicate they're all Farmers. The're like Harvesters in that they turn Fields into funds.
Civilian houses don't get vests at all. |

I'm trying to get it out of my mind. So far, I'm not exactly close to a one-level demo worthy of a note on Equestria Daily, and mostly just out of my mind in general.
