It was more... just some people saying 'I think it should still be red.' others being 'Purple's close enough' and some going 'whatever' ..Seriously. The only thing we've ever had close to a shitstorm was Derpy and even most folks now are like 'eh' on the issue. |

i remember that! that was the first ponibooru 'thing' i was around for. one of the first things i contributed to the site too. and i wouldn't worry too much about it OP what i think is happening is just the site getting into place for the season gap. same thing happend between 1 and 2, shouldn't last too long. |

Nyx wasn't a shitstorm, but opinion of her dropped precipitously after the picture of /co/ reviewing past sins. Derpy was a shitstorm in other places, but the booru pretty much agreed that she shouldn't have been censored. The worst shitstorms happened after nyx was considered bad, mostly OC hate. Somebody posts an OC picture, get an entire thread complaining about it |

This fandom 'aged' much more than most fandoms in a year. IMO, this site should become a true booru site. Sorry for all the 'personalities' on this site, but get rid of all comments, get rid of all true non-pony pics, go back to the basics. There's other sites out there that can have all these ridiculous meta stuff that you guys want. Maybe make a big fat mess out of Ponychan for all I care. Or post in 4chan MLP. |
