Thanks, I try to make links with BBCode, but not work, and the help of ponibooru is not helpful |

I finished the survey. Of course, having open-ended questions are a pain to deal with and code, but I would like to say a little about the death question.
If it's going to have a light and happy feel like the show, then I think they shouldn't die. Just be sent to an infirmary or something for the rest of the game. Or losing faith in their ability to protect their friends or their ability to be useful (e.g., Fluttershy falls in combat and feels terrible about letting her friends down, so she leaves never to be seen again. That would add emotion without killing a character.) If you're wanting to have a true Fire Emblem game but with ponies you know and care about, then death on the battlefield is a must. Part of the appeal of the game is that failure of any sort means something. Either way, I don't feel like it's Fire Emblem if you get your character back to fight with after losing them in battle. I would suggest not changing that mechanic. Simply my suggestions to add some qualitative richness to your data. Good luck to ya. I love me some Fire Emblem, but I hope the project includes a different story and different maps from the games. Not tryin' ta steal yo' shine uh nothin' tho. |

-ik-@1284137 said: Oh, you'll find this helpful in learning BBCode. I didn't get it at first either (because the "Help" isn't helpful.) But this is an instafave for any newer user. It's an indepth guide, and the comments have turned into a place where people are testing stuff out. |
