It's because they have a deep-seated loathing for themselves and others. They create fictional characters as a form of denial; by comparing their real life victims to their fictional victims, they can detach themselves from reality by ignoring their own actions and dehumanizing those hurt by them. |

Well, yes. That's entirely possible. But the category I described does exist, and their hostile attitude is annoying enough to spoil fluffy stories for those that simply like reading them. #1284055 Case in point. This one was offended and sought to lash out at the source of its hurt feelings by dehumanizing that person. Also slipping in a few meaningless words to accentuate its hate, by taking for grated that it is righteous and deserved even though its reasoning is either nonsensical or nonexistant. |
