Probably with leaving the fluffy pony in the wild once it actually is able to survive somehow on its own.
If the story gets worse, it might even end claiming that that's how feral fluffy ponies came to be in the first place. But I hope it won't be like that. Just euthanizing it would have been easier and merciful, but eh... |

A fluffy pony isn't there to slow you down, its purpose is to be the distraction that gets eaten by wild animals while allowing you to run away.
That's why the really smart smarty friends don't just travel with fluffy mares with which they make special hugs. Unfortunately for most smarty friends, they're actually just normal stupid fluffy ponies that happen to be called smarty friends... |
