^ Oh yes, because the Doctor's sixth from is clearly older then his eleventh one.
It's stated in the first episode that he took nearly two centuries to get back to see his companion after he last saw them, and at the end of the season you know that he did in fact do that, he wasn't lying about his age. |

It's stated in Time and the Rani that the Doctor is 953. Since nuWho started, the Doctor has been lying about his age. By the way, the Doctor in the image is 10, not 11, so I don't see why you're talking about him |
