I think one of the reasons I was so disappointed in the season finale was that I was thinking Celestia would be the one causing problems at the wedding, and based on precedent nobody would actually be able to tell the clone from the real one. Having it be Cadence made it bloody obvious, and then they shoved your damn face in it too, making all of her friends look like idiots since they did the whole "Twilight is going crazy so lets ignore her" thing back in Lesson Zero. (Which would have been another good way to take it, with the clones a result of twilight having a nightmare before the wedding and her magic going wonky) |
