Actually Parrots and Crows are quite intelligent, some of the brightest animals on earth after Humans and capable of feats of intellect beyond that of a Chimpanzee. Parrots can actually be taught to understand English and answer questions that require them to count. Read up about these birds and you'll see. Fluffy Ponies all tend to start with the same personality, likes, dislikes, tastes, knowledge and so on. This seems to actually be a genetic trait. That is to say, asking how they can talk is like asking how a dog can bark and growl. These are inborn traits and instinct that every one of their kind knows without being taught. |

This story is a good story. I wish there was a sequel about them busting out of the trash and trying to survive on their own.
A male fluffy trying to be a mother to foals isn't something you see in...well, any other story, so it's an interesting idea that hasn't been done much yet. |
