But merging pony and human anatomy like that is just creepy and never works. It's why Lil Miss Jay's art legitimately freaks me out. It's like putting a human in a pony, or a pony in a human. And those hands are really freaky, and while I know it's the art style they don't have feet. Not to mention their heads are gigantic. As an art style it's fine, but sexualizing it is a big stretch. Iil Miss Jay's art is terrible because the characters are random, bizarre mishmashes of ponies and anthros.
Sometimes they have hands, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they seem like they're just ponies standing on their hind legs, other times they've got human joints. They constantly seem to change and warp, sometimes one, sometimes the other, sometimes something in between the two. Atryl, on the other hand, has always drawn his anthros exactly like this. The only real change has been that they've gotten taller and lankier. |
