REASONS1. Haki is really the only one proven to be an actual, controllable ability. 2. As #641 stated, eye contact is not required. 3. Fluttershy's Stare (presumably) only works on animals. Yamamoto's face only works on people. Haki works on everything. 4. There are different magnitudes of Haki. 5. More than one person can use Haki. |

Haki without a doubt. Geass would be a good contestant, and yet I think Haki still wins.
...Well, we DO know the Stare is more effective than Medusa's, that's already impressive. Plus it's actually effective on everything, it's just Fluttershy who won't use it on ponies... |
