I have a different take on Nyx. She starts out as a sliver of Nightmare Moon that got bottled up by another OC named Shade who is the MLP equivalent of Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory. She acquires wings from her "father" another OC named Dusk Wind who is Twilight's pegasus boyfriend and her "mother's" magic from Twilight. Nyx acts just like any little kid. She gets scared. She gets crushed when someone tells her that her parents don't love her and she unwittingly unleashes Discord's pet the Leviathan. In her Nightmare Moon form, she is actually much weaker than Discord and almost gets killed. |
