I loved that show when it was on TV in my area. One thing, though. Peter Falk had one prosthetic eye, which didn't move as his real one did. His character was a police lieutenant who used his rumpled and foolish appearance to hide a brilliant mind and help trick criminals... So, hey, why not use Derpy to represent him? |

@Lancer: Derpy as Columbo sounds interesting but I think it would draw too much attention to the obvious eye thing - but maybe it would work too :-)
Just making the left (in the image) eye different is less blatant. |
