If it ain't in the episode, it ain't canon. If it ain't canon, I can say it doesn't affect anything if I don't like it. I don't like it, and the episode ain't for almost two weeks, so I'm not acknowledging it at all til then, and hopefully the episodewon't show it, and her eye color can stay red. |

Well. As stated, it's close. It's red-ish, about what Rainbow's eye color is. Personally, it makes sense to me. Seems like sheer red might be a touch too strong/contrasting of a color, considering the 'cool colors' color scheme they seem to have going on. That's about as close as they can get. I'm cool with it. |

Even if her eyes aren't red, people will relax about it eventually.
The Derpy drama has passed. The fact that Cadence is a third alicorn is now accepted. People aren't still mad over Mare Do Well. This will be a dead issue maybe 2-3 weeks after episode, if her eyes are shown to be this color. |

Come on guys, wasn't it obvious that her eyes aren't red. How many Ponies with red eyes have we seen in the show so far? Exactly one: Roid Rage and he has an unique model never seen before.
Sure they could’ve made her eyes red as another nod to the fandom but I’m not sure if that would be a wise decision. Some fans may get the wrong idea and think that they are the one in charge of the show Canon. And then they send the first latters to Hasbro demanding that RD enters a lesbian relationship with Spitfire. But for everyone who like the red eyes, there’s still hope. We don’t even know if she appears in the episode. Maybe she only appears on the website because she’s a popular background character and that’s it. A whole lot of the pictures from the page look like they aren’t from the actual episode. So you could argue that her eye color is only B canon (promotion material) and not A canon (show) or however they call the different types of canon in Star Wars. :D |

It a placeholder people get over it. Someone, who likely wasn't even part of the wedding episode team, had to make a flash game, and knew we would pry it apart for no other reason than because we can, and slapped Rainbow Dash's eyes behind the glasses so we wouldn't be argueing that DJ is eyeless. The episode isn't aired yet, and that is what will decide her eye color, and if her eyes aren't shown, so be it, this isn't part of the show, get that through your heads, her eyes can still turn out to possibly be red. |
