I prefer the Love and Tolerance texture pack. Makes everything look... well... brighter and cleaner, I'd say. More animated and lively |

I use the Painterly customizer, and then run through and up the saturation on everything using GIMP.
Actually looks nice, everything's more vibrant and a lot of things get a neat golden tinge. |
