It was probably the writer's (Amy Keaton Rogers) idea. Also, just 'cause there's a "fat visual joke" or a character "inflating" in a cartoon, doesn't mean the cartoonists are "fat/inflation fetishists." If that's the case then Chuck Jones, Tex Avery, John K., and just about every cartoonist out there would be one. |
