I am Ze greatest stereotype of zem all when I'm not busy being le snooty and le stinky!
Seriously though, how long till he's shipped with Gilda? |
| Anonymous #1233519 3 months ago |
Chocolate moose did it! |
| ProfessorOfHoers #1233527 3 months ago |
I'm calling it now. Pinkie ate it while sleep walking. |
| NightJack #1233529 3 months ago |
I wonder if it will be that Pinkie was the one that did it, sleep eating. |
| Jack-o-Lantern #1233535 3 months ago |
My headcannon about griffons being Russian/Klingons has just been ruined! |
| NightJack #1233537 3 months ago |
Also, is the name Pony Joe or Donut Joe, he has been seen twice now and it wasn't the same name both times. |
| ProfessorOfHoers #1233542 3 months ago |
hmmm... perhaps I was mistaken. |
| LorenzoP #1233545 3 months ago |
I think he is gilda's father. He lives in equestria and brought her to live with her.
Headcanon. |
| Psychopomf #1233547 3 months ago |
My new theory is that Griffons are all the Europeans that aren't English |
| ProfessorOfHoers #1233555 3 months ago |
It was all of them. They're pretty lousy friends. lol. |
| ProfessorOfHoers #1233558 3 months ago |
Btw, his name is Gustav. Changed it in tags. |
| Anonymous #1233567 3 months ago |
well minus twilight and aj they didn't eat the cake |
| Dumb_Rock #1233569 3 months ago |
AJ didn't eat cake though, a bit strange, since she was the most vocal about the cake's tastyness. |

Gryphons confirmed for being Europeans. Suppose we'll see any German or Spanish Gryphons in the future? |
| Anonymous #1233580 3 months ago |
Why is every Gryphon in the show a douche? |
| Anonymous #1233583 3 months ago |
AJ is the element of honesty. If she ate it, she'd fess up immediately. |
| Anonymous #1233587 3 months ago |
Does this mean that there are Slavic griffons? |
| ProfessorOfHoers #1233592 3 months ago |
I want an Eugene Hutz Griffon. |
| ROTHYISBACK #1233593 3 months ago |
@580
He complimented the mule's mousse. |
| Tenure #1233594 3 months ago |
I AM JEAC LELAND! I PUT ZE DUCKS IN CRYSTAL POND! |
| Drasvin #1233597 3 months ago |
@anon 580 Because of the mythology that gryphons come from. Gryphons and horses are mortal enemies. Gryphons actually regularly ate horses. |
| Jack-o-Lantern #1233604 3 months ago |
Just looked it up, Gustav is a German name.
>That name >Franch accent >My headcannon My mind is full of fuck |
| Zilla #1233609 3 months ago |
my headcanon includes the country of "Gryphony", a sort of version of Germany populated by mostly Gryphons. I suppose this means they also live (along with ponies) in whatever the MLP equivalent of France is. |
| Zilla #1233613 3 months ago |
@Jack-o-lantern "Gustaf" is also a Swedish name. Many names overlap in different European countries. |
| Anonymous #1233618 3 months ago |
There's some Holy Roman Empire shit going on with the griffons, clearly. |
| Zilla #1233620 3 months ago |
wait, if the competition was NATIONAL, then doesn't that mean that all the bakers live inside the country of Equestria? |
| Zilla #1233624 3 months ago |
perhaps Equestria has something similar to New Orleans, where there is still a strong french culture. |
| Anonymous #1233629 3 months ago |
Or maybe we're overthinking a little girls ccartoon |
| Jack-o-Lantern #1233652 3 months ago |
Agreed Anon629 because I really don't wanna change my headcannon. Griffons are Russians/Klingons. |
| Psychopomf #1233656 3 months ago |
@629
Or only slightly overthinking it, maybe he just spent time as an immigrant in the pony equivalent of France... Prance? |
| Jack-o-Lantern #1233672 3 months ago |
Thank you Psychopomf for save my headcannon! |
| Jack-o-Lantern #1233689 3 months ago |

French and German and known for baking?
Swiss anyone? |
| KeePony #1235280 3 months ago |
French are great cooks. For some reason the only thing I they can't do is a basic scramble egg without fiddling with it. |
| Anonymous #1238846 3 months ago |
Since this episode was a retelling of "On the Orient Express", An Hercule Poirot mystery, maybe Gustave was actually supposed to be Belgian, and not French.
This also would be ironic since everyone in Poirot usually assumes he is French too. |
