Hoofbeat is what /pony/ was calling him in November because he looks like a greaser, although it was more of a last name (/pony/ couldn't decide on a first name. Shady is what mlp wikia has been calling him, though.

No, the vector was by Ponyweed and was based on the original fuzzy warped screencap that was posted on /pony/ back in Nov 12 when the Cutie Pox episode came out, thoroughly redrawn.
