I would recommend moving to Russia, Canada, or Scandinavia.

Very true, their fluffy keeps them insulated just enough to withstand room temperature. They get cold if you shave them in your own house. |

Then again, you can find a shelter for cats and if you shoo them off, they're smart enough to not come back. Fluffies, on the other hand, especially this one, had ample opportunity. |
