Don't know how the Pinkie function works, but I think it's kinda random. Pinkie occasionally shows up on pages even before April Fools', but with less frequency. Like, hardly ever.
I don't know how the site works, but I'm guessing some algorithm had some likelihoods increased for today. So we get more Pinkie's without getting Pinkie's all of the time. Who knows. |
