Yes, she is a Succubus. Normally consider demonic creatures, Cteno here is nice as she hasn't be influenced by other Succubi. Her species happens to be "Ctenophorae" |

No, but if you saw his one post. Slug showed another Succubus, Species "Succupus" that had tentacles like Cteno, but was water bound unlike Cteno who is land bound. |

I just asked, but he dosen't like setting things in stone till his mind is made up. The most likely scenario here is he will say yes to continue the blog as Cteno will connect with her Sisteren and help her out. |
