Correction: I said a person's genetic sex is unchangeable constant throughout their life, that implies that a person has (a singular) genetic sex. But genetic sex actually is a cellular level; each cell has a genetic sex and some people have a mix of cells in the body with different sexes. And the layout of cells with different sexes can cause ... weird effects on the body as a whole.
Also, physical/genitalia sex does not necessary match genetic sex. |

"Y'all" isn't just a vernacular replacement for "you", it is a second person plural pronoun, which means it is only used to refer to more than one person at a time. Hence in this picture Jubilee is apparently referring to a secret shared between Trixie and somepony else.
