Out of curiosity, I went through the whole list of background ponies on the FiM Wiki. Lyra's coloration is actually quite distinct. There are only two clones of her, a Pegasus from Cloudsdale and an Earth Pony from Appleloosa, neither of which is likely to own a home in Ponyville. Looks like that really is Lyra's house. |

Looks like the jewelry store from Hearts and Hooves day. Any chance they reused a background from that episode? It would make sense for them to recycle any interiors they could for a split-second clip. |

That's not necessarily Lyra, that could be any background pony that colour.
Besides, that's a store, not a house. Anyone could be inside it to close the window in the first place. O: The creators clearly meant for this to show that Lyra was buying an engagement ring for BonBon :O |
