Yeah, I knew the go-to reaction would be that people would pin Rainbow Dash for doing wrong. That's always the case. Of course, Twilight actively denying them to a public library wasn't wrong, and the rest of Ponyville treating them like outcasts was also just <b>completely justified</b>. And the Crusaders were also just completely innocent the entire episode too, right?
Everything is just Rainbow Dash's fault, apparently. |

I'll admit the other reactions from other townsponies were ridiculous(and probably over the top) but anything Rainbow Dash always sticks out to me more than anything else because, more often than not, she's always being such a bitch and has such a pissy "I'm better than everyone so I get to do whatever I want" attitude. |

RD always acts brash and downright childish at times. That's her whole schtick. It's not such a serious accusation at all.
RD has always been abrasive in this show, or are you guys getting selective memory? Not to mention the way behaviors of ALL ponies are pretty much blown over the top as per cartoon-logic. |

Look. RD is one of the worst ponies. She's always the ignorant, bigoted, insulting, and insensitive one that never thinks before she acts. If she didn't have her speed, she'd have nothing at all.
But saying that what she did is unjustified and nothing but pure spite? It's water. It's RAIN water. It's also not like she's following them around with the cloud, they just are staying under it because they feel they deserve it. |

:D I just love how Rainbow Dash haters have such a selective memory it makes them sound UNBELIEVABLY STUPID.
Defends friends from Manticore, helps her friends over her greatest dream, defends her friends publically from Gilda's verbal abuse, kicks an enormous dragon for the sake of Ponyville's safety, tries to help Apple Bloom, tries to avatar the peace between buffalos and appleloosens and almost succeeds with strongheart's help..if not for Pinkie Pie, defends Fluttershy's honor from bullies, saves a little filly and some old people, goes through hell to get Applejack back and the list goes on. To become discorded, she had to see everyone in her home town die in front of her eyes. She's unhappy with her life unlike the rest of the cast. She has been criticized and insulted her entire life for standing out. Like Rarity mentioned, she talks about herself a lot to protect the fact she has very low inner self esteem. She's kind, faithful, but blunt and standoffish. She's a complex character. |

I've always hated characters like Dash, especially when it's almost canon that the reason they act like they do is because they have low self-esteem and are insecure and try to hide it by thinking they're better than everyone. Rainbow should see a fucking therapist, get over her insecurities, and drop her narcissistic attitude. |

So you hate it that there are actual realistic characters? Because I can tell you from personal experience that I recognize a lot of Rainbows arrogance as a reaction to bullying. Yes, it is defensive reaction, but imo, in lots of cases it's also justified and actually true. Being bullied because you are better at something than other are or because you are different? Obviously the ones doing the bullying are jealous and/or bigots, thus by almost any realistic definition are not actually very good persons. I'm not saying it's a good trait to have, but it's understandable and along the brashness makes nice faults in RD's character. Which, btw, really annoys me about RD haters, they are always going on about RD's faults and that the ones who like her just ignore those. For myself, I can say that her faults and how she sticks to her friends despite those is one of the main reasons I like her. |

Rainbow is the epitome of loyalty and trust. The CMC broke that trust and loyalty, so it's understandable that she would be miffed. All she did was spray water on them. Big Mac fucking yelled at them! That's way worse! Did everybody forget that? Are all of you that stupid? |
