Storyboarders can play a part too you know. Maybe they remembered the Smarty Pants gag and carried it over.

I think its because its the only stuff they could use on BM because he normally doesn't get a lot of screen time or development or lines.

The only other thing they could have used was the love poison with Cheerilee but after that wore off, there wasn't any evidence left to take pictures of.

3 months ago		 One of the things I love about this show is the way they re-use sight-gags as continuity nods like this.

I'm waiting to see Rarity bump into Tom again sometime.
