Instead of using sugar to coat the mold, try brushing a mixture of caranuba wax & vodka. The vodka thins the wax so it goes on as a very thin coating when the vodka evaporates. Before removing them from the mold, brush the other side with the mixture, too. The candy doesn't stick to the mold, or to each other. |
