No, Aperture weren't really incompetent. Their specialty was utterly failing to realise to true potential uses of what they had at their disposal, and their refusal to view the larger picture over their obsessions with completing a series of bizarre and inconsequential tests. So yes, it would make much sense for the CMC to found Appleture. |
