It's not about morality, the guy's art is just... meh. 90% of what he draws is carbon-copy lesbians that all look identical except for the hair, and it usually looks like he sketched it in less than 10 minutes. I gotta admit, the Molestia stuff is kinda funny though. |

That is somewhat understandable... especially when the ponies themselves are usually of the 3 or 4 body types in the actual show. And I still think people are a bit quick to notch down JJ's art when most of the stuff he does is sketches. It's probably the lack of color + sketches + the fact that ponies largely do have the same body shape (hence the added implication human Fluttershy may have big boobs or Rainbow Dash is flat chested), etc. I can see the reasoning, but there's probably a good rebuttal on top. That said, fanart-centric stuff like JJ's or purely erotica centered stuff like Slugbox isn't for everyone. I can admit to that much. Sorry if I mistook you for the moralfag anon, but that guy literally makes an appearance at almost every fanservicey post. |

While I like the style, JJ's works, like Sluggie's, practically look the same.
And I don't really see the "but them ponies in the show are practically recoloured templates with different mane\eye styles" as a valid excuse. There are artists who manage to avoid the same copypasted plastic look, and their art looks amazing. |
