I always like to imagine that 'Royal Canterlot Business' is code for 'come home and see your mother.' It's good to see a picture of Celestia and Spike.
There is a terrible lack of Spike and his relationship with other characters, outside of Twilight and Rarity, in this fandom. |

Didn't Spike make Hoity Toity travel all the way from Canterlot to Ponyville just to watch Rarity's fashion show in Suited for Success? I'd say he's pretty socialized if he can make some Elite pony from the city travel all the way to the country just to watch some no-name pony's fashion show. |

People also seem to forget that the one without any friends in Canterlot was Twilight, not Spike. He also seemed to know a fair number of ponies in Secret of my Excess since he extorted gifts from them.
Spike is not the one who needed remedial friendship lessons. |

Lol, yeah. He was gonna go to Moondancer's party and Twilight didn't want anything to do with that party. Loner Twilight was awesome though. |
